1. We’re all in the shit. No stepping on people’s heads.
   Support each other. This community exists because we’ve all been through the same grinder.
2. Wiki pages: essential info only.
   Keep factfiles factual and current. Stale or vague info is actively harmful when people are making career decisions based on it.
3. Employer-specific info belongs in the employer’s room.
   Each employer in the wiki has a discussion thread and a forum room. Use them – it keeps things findable.
4. Search before you post.
   Someone has probably already asked. Read the thread before starting a new one.
5. Keep it orderly.
   Use Reply to post to reply to a specific post. Use Reply to reply to the thread generally. Don’t start new threads when a reply will do.
6. Assume everything here can be screenshotted.
   Nothing is truly private. Don’t post anything you’d regret outside these walls.
7. Outdated wiki info is worse than no info.
   If you know something has changed, fix it or flag it in the discussion thread. Don’t scroll past.

Tips

• The Lounge is for general chat, intros and announcements. Off Watch is for everything non-aviation.
• Each employer in the wiki has its own forum room – look under Employers in the sidebar.
• Reply to post quotes a specific message and keeps threads readable. Use it.
• Spotted an error in a factfile? Hit Edit. Changes are logged.
